A truly special privilege. The Endless Collective has been brought on by Virtualize, National Sawdust and Beth Morrison Projects to build the entire Virtual Reality production for THE HUBBLE CANTATA - A Fistful of Stars. In collaboration with multi award-winning composer Paola Prestini, film-maker Eliza McNitt and the sound design masterminds at ARUP engineering including Terence Caulkin and Raj Patel. The team worked tirelessly for months building every aspect of the Virtual Reality experience that takes the audience into space with the Hubble to be immersed within the Orion Nebula. Narrated by celebrated Hubble Astrophysicist Mario Livio the live VR event showcased a 30 piece symphony orchestra, 100-person choir, 2 opera stars and was played live to 6000 people as part of the Celebrate Brooklyn Festival 2016 event.

In collaboration with Datavized our team was brought on to build a Virtual Reality experience for Ernst & Young's Building a Better World conference in San Francisco. The experience aimed to bring upon a deeper understanding of how technological and environmental change will serve to impact the city of San Francisco. From the sea-level rising to updated network infrastructure, Virtual Reality can be used just as effectively as a tool to inform.

The Endless Collective had the pleasure of working with MAC COSMETICS to create their in-store Virtual Reality Campaign for the FUTURE MAC line of cosmetics. Echoing aesthetics inspired by the 60's Sci-Fi masterpiece 2001:Space Odyssey, among many others, our design team successfully transported audiences across 23 stores worldwide to be immersed within impossible future realms.

Our team built the entire City of London in Virtual Reality as a promotional piece for our client VIRTUOCITY.  After many weeks of collecting accurate reference we managed to capture the essence of this beautiful and historic city.

The VR SALON is the centrepiece of the second edition of MUTEK_IMG. Developed with Mediabiz International and presented in collaboration with RPM, it was the largest VR specific conference held in Canada. We were invited to present case studies using VR as a form of therapy. Traversing a journey from Nursing Homes to the VFX world conjoining in the virtual reality space.

The Kaleidoscope VR Film Festival was a travelling showcase of selected VR works to be shown across 10 cities.

Our VR Short 'Til Death Do Us Start' and collaborative work 'A Flash of Colour' were recently selected for the Kaleidoscope 2015 VR Film Festival. It was a pleasure to see such a diverse line up of incredible work funneling in from every corner of the globe.

We were recently invited to the discussion panel of the IFP Screen Forward 'VR, Games and the Quest for Empathy' discussion curated by Cara Mertes (Ford Foundation). 

Focusing our section of discussion on VR and the Healthcare industry it was fascinating listening to the insight, experiences and future projections of the panel and audience alike. Alongside panelists Gabo Arora (Senior UN Advisor, Director/Clouds Over Sidra) and Rose Troche (Perspective Chapter 1; The Party/Sundance) two artists doing inspiring VR documentary work for the social good.

'A Flash of Colour'. Inspired by the teachings of the late Milton H. Erickson. One of the most prolific leaders in the field of clinical hypnosis during the 20th Century. In collaboration with Harvard Psychology Professor Deirdre Barrett and director David Mullett our work was exhibited as a form of 'Virtual Hypnotic Therapy' at the Copenhagen Chart Art Fair held at the Kunsthal Charlottenborg ("Charlottenborg Exhibition Hall") in Copenhagen, the official exhibition gallery of the Royal Danish Academy of Art.
